Calling all Texas Hill Country active duty, reserve, and military veterans...
As some of you know, and for those of you who don't, we are working on a photographic project entitled "Faces of Freedom" to honor Texas Hill Country residents who are serving, or have served in the U.S. military. We are looking for those from any branch of the U.S. military, and any duty status, including active duty, reserve, and retired, whether or not you served in combat.
Portraits from this project will be exhibited at Kerr Arts & Cultural Center from July 12 - August 5, 2012.
Please stop by during one of our sessions and let us take your picture. We'd love to have you participate!!
You may wear anything you are comfortable being photographed in. Service memorabilia is great, including hats, jackets, shirts, etc., but street clothes are perfectly acceptable. Your portrait session will only take about 10 minutes. In return, you will receive a digital image file and/or an 8x10 print.
No appointment is necessary. There are only two sessions remaining:
Friday, June 1st, Noon - 3pm at Dietert Senior Center
Saturday, June 2nd, 10am - 3pm at *Kerr Arts & Cultural Center
Please pass this information along to any active duty, reservist, or retired vet you know in the Kerrville area!
